Customer Service Policy:
Please download one of the demonstration packages prior to ordering. These are available on our system requirements page. Make sure RealScenery runs on your system and you are satisfied with its performance prior to placing your order. RealScenery will be glad to replace any media that may have been damaged in transit or that proves defective. Please notify us using our contact page regarding damaged media. Just like purchasing other software, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided on RealScenery DVDs.
